Our commitment remains at providing you with optimal value, quality, and variety in our products, as well as an enjoyable shopping experience. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free process to return most unused items within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping, unless otherwise stated in the exceptions and exclusions below. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless the item was returned in store, where some exclusions may apply.

For online orders, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-626-7576 to ensure that your return or exchange is duly recorded, and any queries addressed. In most cases, we will provide a return authorization, and will monitor its arrival.

To return a product purchased online in-store, kindly take the item in its original packaging, along with the invoice, to any Camping World retail outlet for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, with some exceptions.

For retail purchases with a receipt, you may return the unused and unopened item, along with the original sales receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returns with a gift receipt will receive a store credit for the item's purchase price.

Retail purchases without a receipt will receive a store merchandise credit for the item's lowest price within the last 90 days. Valid, state-issued identification, such as a driver's license or state ID, is required. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns without receipts.

Good Sam Club members who maintain active membership status can return any unused and unopened product purchased from February 9th, 2018, or later, at any time, except for the exclusions below.

For Good Sam Protection Plans, return any purchase to the store for processing, or call us at 1-888-626-7576. Purchases with personal checks are subject to a 14-day hold period before being eligible for return.

Exceptions & Exclusions:

Non-returnable items include outboard motors, trolling motors, EPIRBs, boats, SPOT, life rafts, PLBs, Class B AIS, items with expiration dates, custom-made/cut or special-order items, rigging, generators, electronic charts, mattresses, flares, hazardous items, licenses, and gift cards. Defective products, when proven, must be returned or exchanged directly with the manufacturer.

Items that can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused are: electronics, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones, and kayaks.

For defective products beyond 30 days, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Clearance and Outlet items are sold as is and cannot be returned at any time.

Once an item is installed, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. If the product becomes defective, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

For items purchased with a promotional discount, the prorated value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from the reimbursement of returned items. Items obtained as part of a complimentary offer cannot be exchanged, except for direct replacement in the case of damage or defect. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to a previous purchase.
